When a tractor trailer full of Souffer's frozen food got stuck crossing railroad tracks in Gaffney, S.C., on May 14, the fallout from the train that split the vehicle in half took five hours to clean up and backed up trains from 100 miles, according to The Gaffney Ledger.
The Gorakhpur Express passenger train was traveling at high speed and slammed on its brakes in an attempt to stop, but plowed into the train sitting on the tracks near a railway station in Uttar Pradesh state, district magistrate Bharat Lal said. Villagers were the first to reach the scene after the accident about 10 kilometers (6 miles) from the nearest road.
The suit alleges that the defendants -- producers of the film, Allman, as well as the corporations owning the tracks and the land surrounding them -- realized the danger at the site, but failed "to warn the cast and crew," and "actually concealed that danger by leading the cast and crew to believe that they were on the railroad tracks with permission."

The 55-year-old truck driver and two passengers, men ages 24 and 25, were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. The driver is reported to have suffered a minor arm injury, and all three men were reportedly stung by an estimated 50 to 100 bees .
The ramp to Interstate 95 reopened Wednesday morning, more than 12 hours after the rig carrying an estimated 16 million to 20 million honeybees in 460 boxes from Florida to Maine crashed. In order to remove the truck from the I-95 on ramp in a timely fashion, they opted to disperse the bees rather than trying to gather them up.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, and the preliminary investigation determined the death was a suicide, Madalone said. Police did not release the identity of the male victim, citing a need to first notify his next of kin.
